On December 21, 2025, the Zhejiang Provincial Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Federation held its Re-election Conference and Enterprise Innovation and Development Forum, themed "Renewal and Industrial Upgrading," in the solemn Zhejiang Provincial People's Hall. Mr. Zhang Fangjian, Executive Director of our group, attended the event as a candidate for Vice President of the Federation and a representative of the candidate unit.

The meeting comprehensively summarized the work achievements and experiences of the previous council, reviewed and approved the revised constitution of the Federation, and elected a new council and leadership in accordance with regulations. The "Enterprise Innovation and Development Forum," a key component of the conference, was held concurrently.
