On June 27th, coinciding with the 10th UN "Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Day," the 2026 Changzhou Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Dual Circulation Cooperation Matchmaking Conference, guided by the Changzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Changzhou General Chamber of Commerce, and hosted by the Changzhou Small and Medium Enterprises Chamber of Commerce, was held at the Zhongwu Hotel. Shisheng Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Shisheng Group and Fuji Electric Vehicle Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement.

The project, with a total investment of approximately 100 million yuan and covering an area of about 8,000 square meters, will construct an intelligent coating production line encompassing all processes including pretreatment, electrophoresis, intermediate coating, topcoat, and curing. The production line will be equipped with 12 multi-axis linkage coating robots, coupled with a 3D vision positioning system and a closed-loop flow control system, to achieve fully automated spraying of the interior and exterior surfaces of vehicle bodies, with film thickness fluctuations controlled within ±1.5μm.

In his speech, Zhang Fangjian, Executive Director of Shisheng Group, stated, “It is a great honor to establish a deep partnership with Fujitec Group, a leading company in China's electric vehicle industry. “This high-end electric vehicle painting line, custom-designed for Fuji-Ta's Changzhou branch, will integrate our latest water-based paint coating technology, AI intelligent spraying robot system, and EDRO zero-emission process. This will not only significantly improve production efficiency and product quality but also fully meet the latest national environmental standards. We will provide Fuji-Ta with a turnkey service from design, procurement, construction to commissioning using an EPC general contracting model, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.”

Technological Highlights: Green Intelligent Manufacturing Leads Industry Standards

The technological highlights of this project are noteworthy. Regarding environmental compliance, the project adopts a multi-stage degreasing device and EDRO counter-current water replenishment process independently developed by Shisheng Group, achieving zero emissions in the electrophoresis process and fully complying with the environmental requirements of the new national standard GB 46769-2025. This means that in the highly polluting process of electric vehicle painting, Shisheng has provided its partners with a “green pass” for sustainable development through its technological strength.

Fujita Electric Vehicle Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2017. It is an important manufacturing base of Tianjin Fujita Group in the south and the largest shared electric vehicle and bicycle manufacturing base in East China. The project is expected to commence construction in August 2026 and be completed and put into operation in March 2027.
